You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need someone who can help you see the way forward.

About Dr. Evelyn Hart, LMFT

My clients often describe me as calm, approachable, and deeply attentive. I help people who feel stuck—whether in cycles of anxiety, loss, or relationship struggles—find clarity, connection, and relief.

Therapy with me isn’t about labels or quick fixes. It’s about uncovering the patterns that shape your life and creating space for new ways of being. My role is to listen deeply, reflect what I see, and guide you toward change that feels steady and sustainable.

I’m Evelyn, a licensed marriage and family therapist.

I believe every person carries wisdom within them. My job isn’t to lecture or prescribe—it’s to walk alongside you as you untangle your story, notice what’s been holding you back, and reclaim the parts of yourself that feel hidden.

I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT and EMDR, while also honoring the human side of healing—compassion, presence, and collaboration. Together, we’ll build practical tools while keeping space for your lived experience.

Therapy is not about being “fixed.” It’s about being understood.

My philosophy

Specialized training in grief, family systems, and relationship care
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
10+ years clinical experience in trauma & life transitions
Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR

When I’m not with clients, you can usually find me walking by the ocean, curled up with a book, or cooking meals to share with family and friends. I believe healing also comes from everyday moments of rest, laughter, and belonging—and I try to bring that spirit of warmth into my practice, too.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a lover of cozy rituals and connection.

If you’re ready to feel supported, I’d be honored to walk with you.
